Fixes for Keats validation and gallery

Doing the release for 3.21, I realized I hadn’t added post-processing to the staticSearch page to remove the http-equiv thing, so I added that, and all is valid. Then after doing the release I found some distorted images in the gallery; they seem to have been added to the gallery without proper thumbnails, and without their proper dimensions being accounted for, so I reported this to KB along with a pointer to the relevant documentation; if it’s not clear I’ll update it so we don’t hit the same problem again.
