Started writing some diagnostics to discover the extent of the missing-file problem, and in the process found a bunch of broken HTML in the exercise files, so fixed that. The conversion process is the source of the problem.
On Thursday, added prologue and epilogue info to one Module 1 exercise. This is finicky and time-consuming.
