Author-mode CSS and other updates

Work from today:
- Added author-mode CSS to mimic the live site. This was manually constructed in a crude way; it may be possible somehow to have it built from a subset of the scss automatically, but PS would know more about that.
- Cleaned out a bunch of obsolete Schematron rules and fixed others.
- Helped TEH with code to import old posts.
- Fixed some bugs in documentation build and cleaned out empty sections.
- Added post category filters to search pages.
