New search features, error-trapping, and other updates

Work from today:
- Added search filters for authors.
- Added an error trap to the build process which aborts it if you have uncommitted changes in the posts folder.
- Tweaks to CSS to give more space on the search page.
- Updates to documentation.
- Added latest-posts list to home page per GN’s suggestion.
- Replaced RSS feed on HCMC Cascade site with our new RSS feed.
