1. Added an SVG viewer (from https://github.com/bumbu/svg-pan-zoom) that provides pan/scan/zoom functionality.
2. Displaying the D3 visualizations was too annoying, so I took the generated SVG and created static files.
3. CB created braid illustrations in Adobe Illustrator. I converted them to SVG and added them to the formal structure section of the site.
4. Added a citation generator to the build and fixed an aggravatingly small issue with the SVG view of the braids.

The site is now more or less complete.
