Spent and afternoon learning the background bits of gephi. Export/save as types, what they constitute, what we can and cannot expect from gephi. It looks like saving a project in gefx format (xml) will preserve at least the data in a bundle. We can also save as a gephi file, which is actually a zip with a shedload of xml files inside. This (gephi) might be the most effective way of archiving this side of the project’s work.
