Site build now basically working

I’ve now framed out the basic site build based on the page template, following the model of HCMC Journal, and added some generated listings pages for poets and contributors, as well as handling for things like the menu item for the current page not being a link. There is an SCSS file and a build step for it, but there’s basically no content in the file right now other than very basic layout; next week I hope to get to some basic styling so we can see what we have.
I’ve also incorporated and configured the static search, and got the footer build info working. I’ve chosen some fonts (Alegreya) and integrated those, and done a side-by-side layout of the articles as discussed with KB.
