EB11 bugfix release and new article

On Wednesday, in the process of looking at the new EB11 stats, I noticed some 404s which were caused by internal links lacking their initial hashes, so I fixed those, added Schematron to prevent the same issue happening again, and did a quick point release.
Then on Thursday, KB flagged up a new incoming article for a poet we hadn’t included yet, so I created the relevant files and person entry, and transcribed/encoded the relatively short EB11 piece.
On Friday, the edited modern text came in, so I encoded that and added a couple of brief bio entries; more came in from KB so I added those and tagged the names.
