EB11: staticSearch changes

As with other projects, I’ve now moved EB11 away from downloading a
fresh copy of staticSearch with every build over to a local static
copy with an Ant task to refresh it when necessary. In the process,
I noticed that the Search in
filters were not functioning
as well as they should, so I spent some time reworking the match patterns
for these until I got everything working as expected.
