Tidying up some things on EB11

Fixed the contributor page listing, which was borked after changes to the structure of the content it’s drawn from; also set it up to generate a popup like other similar links elsewhere. Added a generated list of contributed articles to contributor info, in both popup and on people page. Fixed the staticSearch content so that it doesn’t retrieve it every time; if we need a newer version in future we can retrieve it then. Also fixed the JS so that links within popups also generate other popups rather than redirecting to the people page.
After lunch, received the new content for the About page from KB and encoded that; added a couple of fixes to the schema to help with that.
