More refactoring of BreezeMap code

Following DA’s initial refactor, I’ve now renamed all the files to avoid clashing with e.g. OpenLayers class names, using the Hol prefix. I’ve also done some other rearrangements and tweaks, and in the process discovered that the version message function I recently added has stopped working because of the refactor; fixed that.
