Chronology timeline remediated

The entire content for the chronology/timeline page was in slightly ill-formed JSON, which made it difficult to remediate; I now have a build step which converts that into static content, and then inserts it into the page to replace all the JS stuff. The result is much simpler and less blingy than the original, but just as useful/useable IMHO. I had to introduce a new CSS file to handle the display of details elements, but that should work fine.
I’m also still working on flattening the structure to avoid the loopy nesting inherited from the original crawl, and fixing up links to account for these changes. The next thing to focus on will be the listing filters, which should be fairly straightforward; and then we have a decision to make on how to handle the Works.
