Regular team meeting on the 5th was only myself and DM, because the others were
busy. I had started adding some documentation to the transpile.xslt file, and noticed
there was no handling for the anyElement/@require attribute; we had an
interesting and fruitful discussion of how @require and @except
can/should be combined, and what the output RELAX NG should look like. We have some
suggestions for discussion with the team next week, and a TEI ticket resulting from it.
