Table and Registration Fees for Book Exhibitors and Publishers
The 2009 ASLE Conference Book Exhibit will be held in the University of Victoria’s Michele Pujol room, on ground floor in the Student Union, along with the conference office and information desk. The building also houses two sit-down restaurants, two cafeteria-style places, and two coffee shops, creating excellent foot traffic. Images below show the Michele Pujol room both bare and set with tables. The arrangement will differ for the book exhibit.
Full Table Rates:
Full tables are available at the cost of $300 each. Each full table purchase includes 2 registrations. Additional tables can be purchased for $100 each. Additional attendees will be charged the rate of $100 each.
Half Table Rates:
Half tables can be purchased at the rate of $175. Half table purchases include 1 registration. Additional attendees for half-table purchases will cost $100 each. Order form link is at end of page.

Program Advertising
ASLE is offering advertising space in our 2009 conference program. The program is approximately 32 pages in length, with B/W printing on recycled paper. Ad options are:

Security
The Michele Pujol Room in the Student Union Building will be securely locked when the exhibit is closed, and there are regular building patrols by Campus Security through the evening and night. Although UVic cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items, displays should be safe to leave in place throughout the week.
Pre-conference Shipment of Books
Boxes of books will be accepted beginning March 31, 2009. (Please note that no storage is available prior to that date.) Boxes should be clearly labeled "Books for ASLE Conference" and include the name of the publisher or author on the outside of the box. The boxes can be mailed to:

Post-conference
Please be aware that the University of Victoria, its bookstore, and the conference co-hosts will not be responsible for return shipping of unsold books. Any books that remain on display after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2009, or in "pre-conference" storage after June 10, 2009 will become the property of ASLE.
