event_1604 -- needs to include the name of the kingdom in the event description

event_1602 -- we seem to have lost, or to never have created, a “Pandion becomes ruler of Athens” or “Pandion succeeds Cecrops as ruler of Athens? We need one. This shoehorns two unrelated events

event_1542 -- event description needs to be edited -- 'same precinct as Athena' is of dubious relevance
