NP raised the issue of bios which are stubs, arising out of Stow markup, which will not be completed in the near term. We decided to add a boilerplate response to fill the popup that appears when you click on the name; if there is no <note> tag in the <person> tag, the bioNotAvailable boilerplate text will be shown. This is working now, but subject to review by JJ.
