Did a bunch more work arising out of yesterday's mapping session, converting stub contents into abstracts, and followed up on more places that I was able to identify.

On the static build, wrote the breadcrumb trail code, which raises a couple of issues about whether we should generate XML versions of the category pages or not (I think yes), and how we handle URLs ending in ?listType=subcategory. I've decided to replace the latter with e.g. mdtEncyclopediaLocation_subcategory.htm URLs; when the build is getting close, we'll have to remember to add a touch of JavaScript that does a redirect for people hitting the old URLs.
