Worked on bibliography encoding and rendering this morning:

• Tweaked the XSLT so that following punctuation is rendered inside the quotes resulting from <title level="a">, even though in the encoding it's (correctly) placed outside the <title> tag.
• Used a variety of search/replace/regex and manual fixes to add <title level="a"> tags throughout the bibliography file. These will be checked by CB.

All changes have been uploaded into the db.
