As a result of the schema changes from yesterday, there were several hundred errors in Stow 1598, where <label> and <note> elements were lacking key attributes. I've had to add one more value for @place (inline), to handle some inline labels in the 1598, and I've also had to hack the XML a bit, adding @place values based on guesswork, and empty @style values. These are obviously temporary hacks.
