I implemented filtered searching by subcollection as part of the changes to support links to Literary References, which works great on my local machine. However, after moving all the changes into the Pear version, I'm seeing two problems, one mine and one (I think) due to sysadmin's changes to solve the last URL-related issue:

• Searches for e.g. Cheapside's Literary References are returning completely different results on my local machine from those on the server; on the server, they include two documents with 0 hits, which makes no sense. I've tried reuploading all the data, reindexing, and everything else I can think of, but nothing seems to work. We've even restarted Tomcat. I'm still working on this.
• All URLs in the domain on the server are redirecting to mapoflondon.uvic.ca/mapoflondon/ (the extra /mapoflondon/ is not wanted or needed). I've written to R about this, since he made the changes to fix the previous problem; I think he may have "fixed" it by introducing this extra directory, which is not what we wanted at all.

Still working on both these problems...
