I think it's best to use akas to the spellings with Cs, so that people using the site will be able to find characters using those spellings.

At Il. 19.74, I think that this is personified/deified 'fate' as a concept, rather than a reference to the fates. Because it's capitalized in the translation we're using, it should probably be a character. The question of what, exactly, 'fate' is in Homer is much discussed. Perhaps put a 'see also' in the character/group entry?
