I have the honour to acknowledge with thanks your letter of
November 17th—with its enclosures.
The enclosures to Governor Kennedy's despatch are returned herewith.
I beg also for the information of the Earl of Carnarvon to annex to
this letter a copy of a resolution this day adopted by this Committee.
