Sir,
I have to inform you that an apparently incomplete copy of the
Attorney General's report on the British Columbia ordinance No. 13 of
1870 "to amend the Road Ordinance 1869" accompanies your Despatch No. 78
of the 4th June.
The copy forwarded consists of two paragraphs and ends with the
words "and specifyingthe
