M Young intends leaving for England, by an early
opportunity, and I certainly hope that Your Lordship, bearing in
mind the particular circumstances of the case, as set forth in
my despatch 'Confidential' of
29 November 1868, will be enabled
to offer
M Youngemployment employment, if not promotion, in another of
Her Majesty's Colonies.
