Sir,
I have the honor to transmit to you the accompanying Correspondence
between Mr. Morgan and this Office respecting his Son who has sold out
of the Army and left this Country with a view of becoming a Settler in
British Columbia,together
together with a Certificate from the Horse Guards of
Lieutenant Morgan's services.

I have to request that you will take the necessary steps to enable
Lieutenant Morgan to obtain the advantage in respect to purchase of land
to which he is entitled under the Regulations.
