I beg to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary of State, in answer to your Letter of the 18th Instant that passage to Colon for the Bishop of Columbia and his 2 Servants, has been ordered on board the Contract Mail Steam Packet, which will leave Southampton on the 17th November.
