Apollodorus
The Bibliotheca is a compendium of myths and heroic legends, arranged in three books, generally dated to the first or second centuries AD. It was known traditionally as the Library of Apollodorus, but the attribution is now regarded as false.
The Iliad
Homer
The Iliad is an ancient Greek epic poem, traditionally attributed to Homer. Set during the Trojan War, it tells of the battles and events during the weeks of a quarrel between King Agamemnon and the warrior Achilles.
Description of Greece
Pausanias
Pausanias' Description of Greece is in ten books, each dedicated to some portion of Greece. He begins his tour in Attica, where the city of Athens and its demes dominate the discussion. Subsequent books describe Corinth, Laconia, Messenia, Elis, Achaia, Arcadia, Boetia, Phocis and Ozolian Locris.
