Jaume Buxeda
Dr. Buixeda is a Professor in Archaeology and Archaeometrylogy and director of the ARQUB research unit at the University of Barcelona. His recent work is mainly related to research projects in Historical archaeology (ARCHSYMB and TECNOLONIAL) which are designed to deepen our knowledge in the interaction, influence and cultural change during the colonization process through the study of technical/technological impact, and arising issues of technical/technological traditions and change. Other research interests are Classical archaeology, the effect of weathering, and the role and treatment of compositional data.
