Conference registration closed Thursday, September 22, at 9:00am PST. Any student or community member was able to attend individual lectures or conference panels for free.

Registration fees were $30 CAD (approx. $23 USD, £16 GBP) for students and $60 CAD (approx. $47 USD, £32.50 GBP) for faculty, other guests, and the interested public. Registration fees subsidized conference organization costs—especially those associated with hotel shuttles, space booking, and catering—and allowed us to put more of our earned funding towards participants’ travel costs.

A banquet dinner for conference participants and their guests took place on Saturday evening, September 24th, at the Hotel Grand Pacific. There was a per head cost of $49 (approx. $38 USD, £27.50 GBP) for those who wished to attend. This included several dinner courses, desserts, and a range of non-alcoholic beverages. A cash bar was available.
