Update to Ubuntu 26.04

Updated my desktop today, with no problems showing up so far, although we’re now getting warnings about non-quantum-safe ssh keys from the latest release of ssh, and I’ve lost one useful Gnome extension, Recent Items, which isn’t supported for this version. Spent some time trying to get WinSCP running under Wine in various ways, but failed; this problem arose prior to the update, though.
