All of us went on high alert with LW trying to debug a sudden problem which was preventing sessions from being created in PHP, meaning that we couldn’t log into any db app on the old cluster. Eventually this was narrowed down to a configuration change on the cluster that was done when installing Let’s Encrypt certs; rolling back the change fixed the problem.
