Desktop and server updates

Updated lab desktops and Jenkins servers, including Jenkins plugins, and noted an issue with the Sherlock desktop failing to start properly, which happens around once a week. There was then a campus-wide power outage, which required careful shutdown and then restart of three servers on our local UPS, then logging in to remount encrypted drives etc.
