On Wednesday, migrated all the lang0x accounts along with lancenrd and mtmq over to service accounts, which was a bit tricky; index.htm pages stopped working as default pages, so I had to add a .htaccess file in lancenrd/webext to turn that back on again. I was assured by MVH that eventually the hrd redirect system will stop working, so I made a start on moving things; the Hul’q’umi’num’ site is now in hcmc/www/projects and a 301 redirect is in place for it. I’ll move more over the next few days.
On Thursday, one more id, hisitaex, was migrated.
On Friday, started doing more migrations, including Latin, Greek, Indonesian, and several others. Eventually stopped when on .htaccess file, which seems exactly like all the others which are working, seems not to be functioning; not sure whether this is some sort of delay due to caching, or whether there’s something actually different about that file which I can’t see. I’ll come back to this next week. Also took the opportunity to fix minor validity issues in the Hulq site, and then reworked the JavaScript audio handling so that audio will actually play problem-free without major changes to the pages themselves.
