Updates to the EOL Internet Shakespeare site

This post is tracking time spent making updates to the internetshakespeare.uvic.ca site at the behest of MB, through MT, who provides changes and patches for the old site. I’ve now done three updates to the site, an initial large update and two subsequent patches, and I’m hoping and assuming that this is the end; the initial reason was to localize and update JS libraries so we were not pulling old versions from CDNs, and therefore improve security a bit, and to fix some features that were not working.
