PROVINCIAL AUTONOMY FOR THE NORTH-WEST TERRITORIES.

Mr. BORDEN (Halifax). Before the Orders of the Day are called, I would like to move, with the consent of the right hon. gentleman, that the papers brought down relating to the granting of provincial autonomy in the North-west Territories be printed forthwith, and that rule 94 be suspended for that purpose.
