Was unable to get an ftp connection to the mysteryquests.ca account on the commercial provider. Had series of emails back and forth. They're using different DNS lookup information than I am, which seems to me to explain the problem, but not solve it. They eventually provided an IP address 69.49.101.51 instead of a domain name. When I used that I could FTP in. Downloaded the files and included them in the canmysorg_backup_100518.zip file in the root of the mystery1 account, on my mac and on rutabaga. I think I've got all the files I can get, so they should be able to let their hosting agreements lapse when they expire. They'll still have to renew their domain names though. I'm not sure what will happen with sub-domains (e.g. staff.canadianmysteries.org).
