Accommodation

Invited conference presenters will be accommodated at the Hotel Grand Pacific, named one of the Top Ten City Hotels in Canada. The hotel is located on Victoria’s scenic inner harbour, adjacent to the historic Legislative Buildings and walking distance from excellent restaurants, cafes and shopping in downtown Victoria.

There is a pool and full fitness facility for use by hotel guests, as well as beautiful walking along Victoria’s ocean front or through Beacon Hill park, which can be accessed just a few block from the hotel.

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference speakers, with check-in beginning at 4 pm on Wednesday, October 25 and check-out at 11 am on Saturday, October 28. All rooms are newly-renovated king guest rooms with complimentary in-room coffee, tea and wifi.

The deadline for changes to the rooming list is September 18, 2017. Please let Megan Swift know if you intend to arrive earlier than October 25 or leave later than October 28, or if you will be traveling with family members or additional guests.
