The address for James Dunsmuir is recorded as "Blk, Constance Cove Farm." This is rather curious, because Constance Cove Farm is in Esquimalt and Dunsmuir and his family were living in their mansion, "Burleith," on the Gorge (or Victoria Arm, as the waterway was sometimes called.) See the 1902 Victoria directory and a book by Terry Reksten, The Dunsmuir Saga (Vancouver: Douglas & McIntyre, 1994).
