I have the honor to transmit to you a copy of a correspondence
between Colonel Moody R.E. and this Office relating to certain Maps
and plans of the Country round Esquimalt Harbor with which he wishes to
be supplied.
I have to request thatyou you will forward to me the Map prepared by
the Survey Department which is referred to in Colonel Moody's
letters, and that you will give directions for the supply of the
further plans &c to which he alludes.
I should be glad to receive these Maps and plans in duplicate, in
order that Copies may be retained in this Office.
