Newcastle forwards a letter from the Belgian Minister at London in which the minister requests information about a missing man, Noiset, who was last heard from at Victoria.

Sir,
I have the honor to transmit to you a copy of a note from the
Belgian Minister at this Court, respecting the fate of a Belgian subject
named Noiset, who, when last heard of, was living at Victoria, Vancouver
Island.
I have to request that you will cause enquiry to be made and report
tome me the result.
