My Lord Duke,
With reference to my Despatch No: 7 of the 4th of March last
informing Your Grace of the prorogation and subsequent dissolution of
the House of Assembly of this Colony and transmitting a Table of all
the Acts passed during the Session together with Three
Supply Bills I
have now the honour to enclose to Your Grace the remaining Acts which
were not in readiness for transmission in that Despatch, viz:
1. The Vancouver Island Land Clauses Consolidation Act, 1863.
2. The Vancouver Island Railway Clauses Consolidation Act,
1863.
3. The Harbour Regulation Act, 1863.
4. The Victoria Incorporation Act, 1863.
5. The Stamp Act, 1863.
6. The Ports of Entry Act, 1863.
The
Supply Bills I
have now the honour to enclose to Your Grace the remaining Acts which

The Attorney General's report on the character and objects of these
Acts accompanies this Despatch and appears to render any remarks from
me unnecessary.

the Bd of Trade. The rest left to their operation.
