Minutes by CO staff
Mr Elliot
Send the writer a copy of the Colonization Circular and of the
enclosed Report on the Nanaimo District.
The E. Commissrs Report on the Governors Land Regulations is in
circulation—any rules which may be decided upon as to the disposal
of Land should be Communicated to the writer?
Mr Elliot
I have delayed this draft, because the Govrs Despatch containing the
Land Regulations & the Commissrs Report on them were in circulation.
They have not yet returned to the Depart nor have they been acted
on.
I therefore now submit the Draft. The upset price is that which was
recommended by the E. Commrs, being the same as in B. Columbia?
