Admiralty Letter 2062/
21 Feb. suggesting, or rather announcing
                     their intention to employ the B. Consul at 
Panama in forwarding their
                     Letters, together with a copy of our answer. And also send the
                     T-y copy of M Chapples' tender in 
M Lindsay's Letter of
