I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Duplicates of the Duke of Newcastle's Circular Despatches, of the numbers, and dates noted in the Margin,
Duplicates 11 and 31 March, and 11, 19, 23, and 24 April 1854.
with their Enclosures, which have been referred to, in my previous communications.
