With reference to your Despatch No. 155 of the 10th of December I
transmit to you, for communication to Chief Justice Begbie, a copy of a
letter which I have caused to be addressed to the Revd. W. Robinson, in
reference to the publication of Mr. Begbie's letter on the subjectof
