It appears by a Memo in red ink on some of the Adm vouchers in
                           1727 that the Adm have ordered that all these claims are to be
                           settled in 
London: it would therefore save the delay of a
                           reference back to the Colony, if the Colonial Harbour Master
                           advised the Home Agents of the claims he admitted, at the same
                           time as he filled up these vouchers.
