Sir,
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch No. 76
of the 20th April, and to convey to you Her Majesty's Gracious
Confirmation and allowance of the Ordinance of your Government No. 24 of
1869 entitled "An Ordinance respecting Indian Reserves." As large
