I have the honor to apply for Earl Granville's authority to pay
a sum of £315.16.7 to the Board of Trade, as requested by the
enclosed letter from the Colonial Secretary of British Columbia.
Since my letter of the 10th ultimo, reporting the state of the
British Columbia account, the Crown Agents have received a
further bill for £2000 which will mature on the 6th September last.
