to January 1868 was received and transmitted to the Post Office.

Sir,
I have the honor to inform you that on the 7th Instant I received
from you and have transmitted to the Post Office the following Telegram
dated 4th August.
Despatch nineteenth June received to day postal arrangements adopted
sinceJanuaryJanuary earnestly request one consequent prepayment be accepted in
London I write by Mail—all quiet.
