Sir,
I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's
Treasury to transmit to you herewith for the information
of the Secretary of State copy of a Letter from the Admiralty
in reference to expenses incurred in consequence of the
Military occupation of the Island of San Juan by a detachment
of Royal Marines.
